Our story
Recipes that work the first time
We started Hassle Free for one simple reason: we were tired of recipes that didn't quite work. Vague timings, missing steps, a wall of backstory before the ingredients. So we set out to make the opposite — cooking you can trust, written to be cooked from.
Meet the kitchen
A small studio with one rule
Hassle Free is a small studio, not a content mill. Our rule is simple: test every recipe until the steps are foolproof, cut the fluff — no 900-word life story before the recipe — and do the shopping list for you. If a step is confusing, we rewrite it. If a dish doesn't earn its place, it doesn't ship.
The name is the whole promise. No hunting for a step that isn't there, no guessing what "cook until done" means, no shopping list you have to write yourself. Dinner, without the hassle. Hassle Free is led by Gustavo Barbosa Marques, who started it after one too many recipes that didn't work the first time.
